BUY PARTS OF PROPERTY

Sometimes a desirable property is beyond your financial reach, and this gap is an obstruction to investment and rental income. In that case you may decide to invest in the fractional ownership of that property with like minded investors. Instead of collecting a full rent you’d be collecting a share of the total rental revenue proportional to your investment. The receivables are net, with all expenses such as tax, insurance, and other costs deducted.
You may choose to sell your stake, or part of your stake, in a property for more or less than you have initially bought. All transactions are immediately executable and safe. By acquiring 100% of the tokens belonging to a particular property you, as new owner, can take the property off the market or opt to re-sell for a higher price.

After crediting your platform account with funds, you can purchase any property with a click of a button. Just find what you like and buy. Simple as that. Funds from your account will be transferred to the seller and, provided all smart contract criteria are satisfied, funds sent by the buyer are immediately available. There are a total of 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) $IMB tokens. This number is limited and can not be increased subsequently. In the pre-ICO phase, a total of just 15% will be released for sale. You can learn more about token supply breakdown in our whitepaper.

It is expected that in the course of next two to three years, all the tokens will be released and distributed as planned. After all the tokens are released, there will be no new issuing and the only way to acquire a token is to purchase from another owner.

Yes, in the current phase a maxiumum of 5 million $IMB tokens may be purchased, at $50,000. With maximum purchas you are eligible for Platinum tier staking benefits on the platform. As a community, we plan to prohibit users from hoarding tokens in order to effectively limit the increased effect on volatility through "pump and dump" activities. We are dedicated to the goal of serving long term benefits to the community.

Yes, $IMB tokens can be exchanged for BTC and ETH by default. For other Coinbase listed currencies please inquire separately.

No, $IMB is a proof of stake token. $IMB does not require mining or any other activity that could cause any more damage to the environment than your mobile device/iPad/computer you use in everyday life.
