•      The transaction process starts with buyer 
 clicking “Purchase property” button.

•      Buyers are given options of three different types of payments

•      Payment using previously deposited funds with Immobilium

•      Payment directly to designated transaction Escrow account

•      Payment using crypto

•      Payments using crypto are allowed in 
 BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC currencies

•      Our processing partner for crypto 
 payments is Utrust (www.utrust.com)

•      It is a regulated in two separate EU member states

•      When selecting to pay with Crypto, users are 
 directed to Utrust portal where a time limited

•      Offer (3-15min) indicating how much crypto should 
 buyer transfer to Utrust, at which price.

•      User send funds from own wallet to Utrust

•      Utrust coverts crypto into fiat ($, EUR, Chf)

•      Utrust pays into pre-designated Escrow account

Transaction processing • For transactions outside the USA, designated 


Escrow accounts part of Immobilium

•      Global Escrow service are managed by Zedra 


Crypto based payments (www.zedra.com) in Switzerland. Bank accounts 


are already set up with Barclays Bank

•      For transactions in the USA, designated Escrow 


and Title companies receive funds as per local legal

requirements

•      There may be jurisdictions where local rules 
 apply and in such case funds get transferred

•      To those entities – from public notaries, 
 local banks or local state controlled trusts.

•      Escrow partners confirm receipt of funds 
 and await for confirmation from seller that

•      Required activities are done and that the buyer 


is in legal possession of the target property.
